Refund policy

1. Return and Exchange Conditions:

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to return the goods unconditionally within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, unopened, and undamaged.

Return Confirmation:
We will provide you with a return confirmation within 48 hours of receiving your return request and provide a return address or return label. If there is a quality problem with the item, the return cost will be borne by us.

Return Items:
Please return the returned item as confirmed and ensure that the item remains in good condition during the return process. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is of poor quality or sent incorrectly.

3. Refund Policy:

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will process the refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.

Refund time:
The time it takes for your refund to be processed depends on the payment method you choose. Usually, bank account refunds may take longer (up to 30 days). If the returned item does not comply with the return policy, we will contact you with an explanation.
